Medicine is constantly improving. New technologies appear, old ones are modified, more and more technological tools are being developed. The latter also include PRP tubes – tubes for plasma lifting.
A bit about technology
Plasmolifting is a treatment method invented by Renat Akhmerov quite recently. Its basis is platelet-rich autologous plasma (platelet concentrate). It is quite easy to get it. Plasma is extracted from human blood. Then it is cleaned of erythrocytes and leukocytes with the help of a centrifuge, and then saturated with platelets. The process is fast – it takes about 15-20 minutes. The finished concentrate is injected into a person in the right places. It is noteworthy that the patient’s own blood plasma is used – it is guaranteed to be compatible with him and will not give an immune response.
Platelet-rich plasma is able to stimulate the mechanism of natural tissue regeneration. It accelerates healing, relieves inflammation, and relieves pain. The main thing is to enter it in the right place. There are many of them, because plasmolifting is used in various fields of medicine. Cosmetology, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, recovery from injuries – it is enough to choose the right injection site.
Plasmolifting is perfectly combined with other methods of treatment and is absolutely safe. The only negative is that the procedure is somewhat painful. The needles are thin, so discomfort is minimal, but there are. Anesthesia is usually not used.
Tubing for PRP
Blood plasma can be collected from a patient in a variety of ways. For plasmolifting, this is usually done using sampling tubes. This small cylindrical instrument is both a collection system and a storage tube. A separate syringe with games is not required – everything is built-in. The tube is compatible with centrifuges of the appropriate diameter and is immediately ready for centrifugation.
The main problem with most of the sampling instruments is sterility. Samples must be kept clean. To do this, you have to maintain maximum cleanliness in the room, otherwise the plasma in the container will become contaminated. But PRP tubing has a closed design. There is no need to sterilize the room – the sample will remain clean, which means that the treatment will definitely be effective.
The tubes are of high quality, and the design is reliable. Like all medical equipment, they undergo mandatory certification. In general, this is a full-fledged working tool, and not just another marketing ploy. It is most convenient to take plasma with its help.
