A booking platform is only as useful to a travel designer as the network it can be reached through. Limotak has become a member of Serandipians by Traveller Made, an invitation-only network for travel designers and service providers, which puts its chauffeur booking platform in front of an audience built specifically around bespoke, client-first travel planning.
How the Network Works
Serandipians brings together travel designers who plan journeys directly with clients rather than through standard packaged itineraries, alongside service providers who support those journeys operationally. Membership is granted by invitation rather than open application.
A Year of External Recognition

This follows a year in which Limotak was awarded Gold in the Chauffeur Company of the Year category at the QSI Awards 2026, became a member of the National Limousine Association, and was named World’s Best Chauffeur Booking Platform at the World Travel Tech Awards 2025.
The Fleet and Platform Behind It
Limotak operates its own fleet directly in London, covering airport transfers, corporate travel and private aviation transfers, and connects clients with independent, verified carriers across more than 100 countries elsewhere. Bookings are created through Limotak’s chauffeur service platform.
What a Travel Designer Actually Needs From Ground Transportation

For a travel designer building a bespoke itinerary, the practical requirements are consistency and accurate communication: a confirmed pickup time that holds, a driver who is where they are supposed to be, and clear information the designer can pass on to their client without having to chase updates themselves. This is the operational layer the Serandipians connection sits on top of.
Summary
- Member of Serandipians by Traveller Made
- National Limousine Association member
- Gold, Chauffeur Company of the Year in the UK, QSI Awards 2026
- Own fleet in London, active in 100+ countries
Details on current coverage are on Limotak’s countries and locations page, with the London fleet described through the V-Class fleet in London.
Access to a network built around bespoke travel does not, by itself, guarantee bookings; it means Limotak’s chauffeur platform is now visible to designers who would otherwise have had no direct reason to evaluate it. What happens after that visibility depends on the same operational standards already in place for every other client.
